Welcome to ZMart. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZMart website, mobile application, products, services, and related features.
By accessing or using ZMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
1. About ZMart
ZMart is an online shopping platform that enables customers to browse products, place orders, make payments, and receive products through available delivery services.
Product categories may include groceries, daily-use products, agricultural or farming-related products, household products, and other products made available through the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable law to place an order through ZMart.
By using ZMart, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Account Registration
Certain ZMart features may require you to create an account or verify your mobile number or other contact information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activities performed through your account.
If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should contact customer support promptly.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, images, prices, quantities, sizes, and other information accurately. However, actual product packaging, colour, appearance, dimensions, or other characteristics may vary.
Product availability may change without prior notice.
5. Prices and Offers
Product prices displayed on ZMart are subject to change. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, handling charges, discounts, and promotional offers may be displayed during the shopping or checkout process.
Promotional offers may have separate eligibility conditions, validity periods, usage limits, or product restrictions.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price and under the applicable delivery and payment conditions.
An order may be accepted, rejected, cancelled, or modified where reasonably necessary, including due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, technical errors, or other operational circumstances.
7. Order Confirmation
After an order is successfully placed, ZMart may provide an order confirmation through the website, application, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel.
An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that every item will remain available until delivery.
8. Delivery
Delivery availability depends on the delivery address, serviceable locations, product availability, operating hours, and other operational factors.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may change because of traffic, weather conditions, high order volumes, product availability, public holidays, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and reachable contact number.
Additional delivery attempts or charges may apply where an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, restricted access, or other circumstances attributable to the customer.
10. Payments
ZMart may support payment methods such as online payment and Cash on Delivery, subject to availability for the relevant order and location.
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. ZMart does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any particular payment method.
11. Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is available, the customer must pay the amount shown as payable at the time of delivery.
The delivery agent may require order verification, including an OTP or other confirmation method, before completing delivery.
12. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order where cancellation is available through the platform and before the order reaches a non-cancellable stage.
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or otherwise processed, cancellation may no longer be available.
ZMart may cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing or catalogue errors, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery limitations, payment issues, or other legitimate operational reasons.
13. Returns and Replacement
Return, replacement, or refund eligibility depends on the product category, condition of the product, reason for the request, and the applicable return policy.
Customers should report damaged, incorrect, missing, expired, or defective products within the applicable reporting period after delivery.
Perishable products, opened products, hygiene-sensitive products, and certain consumable items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
14. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund amount and processing time may depend on the payment method, payment provider, bank, and applicable refund rules.
Refunds for online payments may generally be processed to the original payment method or another supported method where applicable.
15. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

17. Third-Party Services
ZMart may use third-party services for payment processing, analytics, communications, delivery, hosting, maps, authentication, and other operational purposes.
Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZMart will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network failures, payment gateway outages, severe weather, traffic restrictions, public emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable operational control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
19. Suspension or Termination

Continued use of the platform after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
